LuxSutures LUXCRYL PDO Absorbable Surgical Sutures are synthetic monofilament sutures manufactured from polydioxanone (PDO), designed to deliver extended tensile strength retention and predictable absorption for surgical procedures requiring longer-term wound support.

The smooth monofilament structure offers low tissue drag and reduced tissue reaction, supporting precise placement and dependable knot performance in clinical surgical environments. Absorption occurs through hydrolytic degradation, maintaining wound support throughout the healing phase without the need for suture removal.

This variant is supplied in USP 1 (EP 4), 150 cm length, and fitted with an HR 50 (50 mm) round-bodied taper needle, making it suitable for soft tissue approximation where controlled penetration and minimal tissue trauma are required, particularly in muscle, fascia, and deep soft tissue.
