Dental Sutures supplies goods strictly to business customers including clinics, practitioners, institutions, and trade buyers. By placing an order, you confirm you are acting in the course of business.
Consumer legislation does not apply.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities

All prices are:
- Exclusive of VAT (unless stated)
- Subject to change without notice
Payment must be made:
- At checkout (for standard orders), or
- In accordance with agreed credit terms

- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
- Title remains with Dental Sutures until full payment is received
We reserve the right to recover goods where payment has not been made.

Delivery times are estimates only (typically 3–5 working days).
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Supply chain issues
- Events outside our control
Partial shipments may occur where items are backordered.

All returns are governed by our Returns Policy.
Medical and sterile products are generally non-returnable unless faulty.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

🦷 LATE PAYMENT & CREDIT TERMS

Credit accounts may be offered at our discretion and are subject to approval.

Standard terms:

🦷 Late Payment
In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, we reserve the right to charge:
- Interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate
- Fixed compensation:
- £40 (up to £999.99)
- £70 (£1,000–£9,999.99)
- £100 (£10,000+)
Interest accrues daily.

We reserve the right to recover:
- Debt collection costs
- Legal fees
- Administrative charges
🦷 Suspension of Supply
We may:
- Suspend future deliveries
- Withdraw credit facilities
until outstanding balances are cleared.
🦷 Personal Guarantee
Where credit is extended, we may require a director or owner to provide a personal guarantee.

- Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days
- Fully tracked where available
🦷 Risk & Insurance
- Goods are insured in transit
- Responsibility passes upon delivery
🦷 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
Additional charges may apply.

- Part ship orders
- Dispatch remaining items when available
🦷 Courier Liability
We are not responsible for:
