🦷 1. Definitions
“Company”, “we”, “us” refers to Dental Sutures.
“Customer”, “you” refers to any business purchasing goods.
“Goods” refers to all products supplied.
“Contract” refers to any agreement for the sale of goods.
🦷 2. Business Customers Only
All sales are conducted strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
By placing an order, you confirm you are acting in the course of business.
Consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and distance selling regulations, does not apply.
🦷 3. Orders & Contract Formation
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- A contract is formed only when goods are dispatched
- We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Limit quantities
- Correct pricing or listing errors
🦷 4. Product Information & Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however:
- Specifications may change without notice
- Images are for illustrative purposes only
- Customers must verify suitability prior to use
🦷 5. Pricing
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated
- Prices may change at any time without notice
- Additional charges may apply for delivery, insurance, or special handling
🦷 6. Payment Terms
🦷 Standard Orders
Payment is due at the time of order.
🦷 Credit Accounts
Credit accounts may be offered at our discretion and are subject to approval.
Standard terms:

🦷 7. Late Payment 💥
Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, we reserve the right to charge:
- Interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate
- Fixed compensation:
- £40 (up to £999.99)
- £70 (£1,000–£9,999.99)
- £100 (£10,000+)
Interest accrues daily from the due date.
🦷 8. Debt Recovery
We reserve the right to recover:
- Legal costs
- Debt collection agency fees
- Administrative charges
We may also:
- Suspend supply
- Cancel outstanding orders
- Withdraw credit facilities
🦷 9. Personal Guarantee
Where credit is extended, we may require a director or authorised representative to provide a personal guarantee for payment.
🦷 10. Title & Risk
- Risk passes upon delivery
- Title remains with us until full payment is received
We reserve the right to:
- Repossess goods
- Enter premises to recover unpaid goods (where legally permitted)
🦷 11. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only (typically 3–5 working days)
- We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Supply chain disruption
- Events outside our control
We may:
- Deliver in instalments
- Part ship orders
🦷 12. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours, including:
- Damage
- Shortages
- Incorrect items
Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes acceptance.
🦷 13. Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed by our Returns Policy.
Due to the nature of medical products:
- Sterile and opened items are non-returnable unless faulty
- Unauthorised returns will not be accepted

All goods are supplied for professional use only.
The customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring suitability for intended use
- Compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Proper storage and handling
We accept no responsibility for misuse or incorrect application.
🦷 15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of profit, revenue, or business
- Clinical outcomes or patient-related issues
Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dental Sutures against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Misuse of products
- Breach of these terms
- Failure to follow professional standards
🦷 17. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Transport disruption
- Supply shortages
- Government action
🦷 18. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Dental Sutures or licensed for use.
Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Users agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Introduce malicious software
We reserve the right to restrict access at any time.

- Payment provider errors
